I want to start wholesaling from South América but I think My signature wouldnt be valid If I'm not and have never been in the United States before. Do I need to create a LLC? Are there Any troubles I would enconter once I get an LLC? (In case that's the only way to do it)

You can e-sign. If you need your signature notarized, you could go to a US consulate and have it done there. Each signature costs $50.00. I've closed multiple houses while abroad.
