Hello, does anyone know how I can get my hands on a contract assignment for wholesaling? I want to start but I just don't know where to get the contract from.

The best thing you can do, is ask a closing attorney for one.

That is how I got mine.

I got my original contract way bank when from a guru. It was a POS generic contract 8 pages long that was "safe" everywhere. Every state (hence all the clauses to keep it safe).

My attorney eventually got so frustrated with that monstrosity of a document, they just gave me one.

The contract really should be as simple, short and userfriendly as possible because oh boy, nothing scares a panicked seller away better than a crazy contract.

Even if you get a contract from someone on the board, it is not going to help you much anyways, unless you want to take a huge risk. You need to get any contract you get checked out by your trusty attorney. So why do 2 steps.. asking for a contract here, and then check it with an attorny. (They will probably charge you money to do this if you don't have a solid track record with them).

But if you tell them that you are an investor and you will work exclusively with them, and you need a contract THEY are familiar with.. it iwll make THEIR life a lot easier so they SHOULD be happy to give you one for free, IF they are savvy investor friendly attorneys.
