 In general, people reach out to be your 'colleague' if they want to learn from you or sell you something.

The wholesale world is as full of scammy salespeople as seeking financing is.  Lots of wholesale related newby posts will bring out the shade.   

I deny at least 3:1 for being sales-y or entitled.  


 I just sent a request to see if I am in the 3 or the 1.  Haha!!!!
