Hi, I think I'm ready to list my FIRST wholesale deal! Question - where do I list it? What category?

Thanks!!

@Tara-Gerd Lilley I don't recommend posting on local FB groups or Craigslist since not only could the seller see it, but a friend/neighbor of the seller's could see it.  Plus, some people even just randomly show up to the house for a showing and will tell the seller they saw the posting (I've had that happen).  For BiggerPockets, you post it in the Marketplace: Go to Find Deals in the upper part of the page, then click on Real Estate Listings, then click on +Add Listing, which will then take you to a form to list the property/deal details. But once you post in BP, it's not like you get a tidal wave of buyers. If you don't have time to do the hours of outbound calls to a buyer list (which is how most people do dispo), then you may want to JV with someone who has the time and is strong on dispo. And if the deal is in a B+/A market, then maybe JV with someone who has InvestorLift and can post on there. Feel free to DM me if questions.
