Post on Bigger Pockets - Marketplace: Go to Find Deals - click Real Estate Listings, then click on +Add Listing

Post on social and Craiglist but keep it vague "I have a property under contract and the profits are XXX, for more info get in touch with me"

Post on closed social groups (so buyers and buyer's friends don't see the post)

Social - search who is looking to buy and get a buyers list going

Search or join local real estate groups on social

I'm a newbie, but super excited about jumping in. I'm going to start with wholesaling. My dilemma is that I jump around to different states with my husbands work. I'll be in Coeur D'lane, ID for a few months. I'd like to start there and Spokane, WA. Do I just get two LLCs in each state or use one LLCfor both states? I also live in CA, El Salvador, and soon AR.
