I’m currently in the Pittsburgh area I’m recently been try to land a wholesale deal I’ve cold call put sign up even email people I just can’t land that first deal is there any tips or guidance one can offer

stay consistent and work on your mindset. It took me 14 months to get my first deal done. But it that 14 months, My life changed! i started reading books, created a morning routine, etc......
