So many of you wanrt to start wholesaling, or investing, and we all know it takes credibility.... but you have none. What do you do?

I get this one asked soooo often.

The quick answer is... Fake It Till You Make it.

Mind you, this is not the same as scam people. As long as you have your solid exist strategy, you can  in-fact go through with the transaction, and you have the best of intentions for the seller and your end buyer, "fake it till you make it" is a real thing!
