Advice on where to locate cash buyers?? Building cash buyer list.

I have a property under contract currently in a nice suburb of North Carolina but I am having trouble finding cash buyers, what advice would you give me on locating cash buyers?

I have joined groups on Facebook but to no avail. Does BP have a marketplace?

You already have the property under contract. The clock is ticking. You don't have time for the other methods mentioned on this thread.

Just call a couple of the top performing real estate agents in your region. I guarantee they each have a handful of cash buyers in their back pocket. And they would be happy to make the connection if you have a good deal for one of their clients.
