Hello everyone,

I’m currently working on my first wholesale deal with the property under contract. As of now, I’m finding it a bit difficult to find a cash buyer. Any suggestions?

Might be a tough one due to numbers, are do you not have a list of cash buyer's to begin with? If you do not then I would go to Facebook and build interest through that way on getting more people that maybe interested or people that know investors that will buy it. Find a person that has a huge list and wholesale it to them (lower commission) but 50% or 40% is better than 0%.
