I have a Fannie Mae property under contract that I originally planned to rehab and sell. The property is under contract in our LLC but I am now looking to wholesale the house vs rehab. It states that the property has a 3 month seasoning period on the cotract but is there a way to wholesale the house without having to sell my LLC to the end buyer.

I know of other wholesalers have done this I just dont kow how.

Most buyers don't want your LLC anyway, because there is no way of knowing what potential liabilities your LLC may have hanging out there.
