Virtual Assistants needed

Wow... I already read articles on Virtual Assistants so here is my question.

I want to use Virtual Assistants to find deals across the US using websites and two paysites that I subscribe to. I will also have them to collect information in excel for a direct mailing. They will not take phone calls at this point while testing the waters. I have been advised before to find VA's on freelance.com or odesk.com. I have saw on other posts regarding Elance and www.assist.me but I am not familiar with these sites. I am open to all suggestions....
