YAY OR NAY TO THIS DEAL
Here is my deal. I would say first I don't think there is enough margin for a flip but this would make a nice rental @ $1,000 a month. The house needs the first level hardwood floors redone and also a full paint job. The roof is less than 5 years old and the AC has been serviced. The bathroom looks fine you could remodel it for about $3k.
