Deal in the works
I currently have a deal in process...from reo realtor...thing is the seller(the bank) is asking for $54900 and I believe I can get the property for 50000 but I want to structure the deal right the 1st time ....this is my very 1st deal...and I need to be aggressive and stern....what should I be expecting or asking with this deal besides the cost of every day living( i.e gas, electric, etc.) And how can I structure deal correctly...F.Y.I im still in process of building buyers list...so be gentle here... :)
