Purchase Agreement Contract
Hello everyone. I’m new to wholesaling in the Houston, TX area. Looking for advice on contracts. Where can I find the Texas Purchase Agreement contract and Assignment contract? Are these documents available online? Thanks

The Texas Real Estate Commission provides approved fill in the blank contracts and associated amendments for almost all residential property purchase situations. There is no ASSIGNMENT” contract; next to BUYER fill in your or your entity name and the words “or assigns”. To be extra clear, you can fill in words to the effect “ this contract may be assigned without the approval of the seller” under the paragraph SPECIAL PROVISIONS.
