New to virtual wholesaling and have many questions

Stacy Schmitt
Posted

Hello everyone! I'm new to virtual wholesaling, well wholesaling altogether and I have a couple of questions. I think I may have found a good deal in Jackson, TN but I am wondering how to go about finding buyers for the area I am looking at which is Jackson, TN. Also I am wondering how do you go about making sure it is a good deal? The prices in the area change dramatically from one end of town to the next. If anyone has some insight they would be willing to help me with I would be ever so grateful!

Hey Stacy,

Great working getting a deal! Google "sell my house for cash" in your market and start calling investors to see what they will offer.
