I have been running across a lot of homes in my area where the owner has owned the home for 7,8, or 9 years.. are these homes still worth marketing to? I was told that the owner must own the home for atleast 10+ years or so...

I am very new to wholesaling and I've found that once I look up addresses for vacant homes there are some with a person's name then there are a lot belonging to LLC, INC, Trust, Holding groups, etc. I just want to market plain ol' wholesaling for the time being, no banks, foreclosures, etc... Thanks!
