Tucson - Anyone out there taking calls?

Hey Everyone,

I live in Tucson, AZ and have been doing buy and hold there with residential multi families. I would love to get into lead generation though direct mail though and I’ve done a ton of reading a research about it. Problem is, I don’t have the every day availability to take calls and follow up/negotiate. Even my evenings after work are busy with work prep.. but I can put out direct mail and I can also bring investors and agents to close them. I am also looking to cherry pick deals as well.

Is anyone out there that’s good on the phone in Tucson that’d work the sales side or does anyone have advice on how to fill that critical position in the lead gen funnel? Any advice would be awesome.

Thanks in advance!

Kyle
