Looking for the best rental neighborhoods in Atlanta and Orlando
Hello BP,
I live about an hour away from Atlanta and I have one property in Orlando which is an STR. I'd like to continue investing in both of those areas but I'm not sure where to start looking and my time is limited this time of year (I'm a Tax Accountant). What are some of your tips and tricks to finding good fix and rent (BRRRR) opportunities?

Hello, I am Phil and I am in the Orlando Area as well. I am looking to get my first property with a partnership here and we have been looking for both STR and LTR options. Right now the key is to ACT FAST. I have gone to some open houses that had 5-10 cash offers sight unseen 1-2 days after listing. Now, we know what will happen next BUT for our purposes and this question, Silvio is right. Kissimmee/St.Cloud and Davenport have been where I have seen the most action.
I would suggest talking with Silvio and seeing if he has anything off market right now that you can act on, because things are going FAST
