Wholesaling legality question

Andrew Ferreira
Posted

How legal would it be to list a house you don't yet own on a website, wait for interested buyers to contact you, then to buy the house from the owner and sell it to them?

You could potentially get into some serious legal problems if the homeowner finds the listing and is surprised their home is up for sale as an FSBO without them knowing about it.

I'd be mad as he!! in that case!
