Heirship Issues/Clear Title
I have a property under contract and the title company has completed multiple Affidavit of Heirships but have hit a wall. The remaining heirs don't have enough information to complete the remaining Affidavit of Heirships. The title company has recommended getting an attorney involved. Does anyone have an attorney in the Houston area who can help?
