Hello everyone,

I'm currently house hacking and one of my tenant went to Europe for a month. He left on the July 4th and was support to be back August 7th but never came back. I sent multiple texts, sent emails and tried calling and it went right to voicemail. He left a lot of stuff in his room as well as his car is still here. He's 72 old with health issues but unsure if happens something to him or if he just decided not to come back to the U.S.A and just stopped replying to me.

Rent was due on August on 14th and past due now. How long do I have to keep his stuff in the room before I can move it and rent the room out again and what should I do with his car if he don't come for it?

Any advice is greatly appreciated.
