Why do people illegally broker properties?
I just talked to a wholesaler who said that she owns the property I was inquiring about. I later found out that the property is under contract and she is not the owner.
If you have a property under contract, you are NOT the owner. You are NOT the owner until you close and if you assign it, you’re NEVER the owner.
Saying you’re the owner when you’re not is illegal brokering.
