Continuous construction disruptions
In the last 3 months, the property management company has demolished and remodeled the upstairs apartment and just started the one next-door to us without giving us any sort of warning. It is so loud and disruptive. Do we have any grounds to stand on to complain about this or do we just suck it up and deal?

Are they working during normal business hours e.g. 7-4 or 5 PM? If so then you suck it up. There's no notice required since it isn't a direct impact to your space. Now the courteous thing would be to say "hey we'll be remodeling unit C starting XXX and anticipating ending XXX. But my guess is they said nothing because (unfortunately) too often that just give the tenant ammunition to start complaining earlier and longer...it's not how I'd do it, but I can understand a PM doing it that way to reduce the total complaint time.
I will say if they are being excessively noisy, politely asking them to reduce noise where possible would be reasonable. Placing the table saw on the far side of the site away from your wall/door/windows, turning music down, if they're going to be really noisy maybe giving you a specific couple days that you choose to stay out while they do it...those are all courteous options but I wouldn't expect them to agree. But if you present it as solutions, then maybe they'll be willing to work with you.
