I have the credit score but I don’t have the money for the down payment/ closing cost. I’m not sure where to go from here any advice ?

Is this your first rental property? You could try to find a money partner who will contribute the funds while you are the deal provider and the boots on the ground. There’s also no shame in saving up until you’re able to afford a down payment / closing cost and to have cash reserves in case something unexpected happens
