 Well at the time I was a single guy/military. Any house hacking strategies involve the sacrifice of privacy and conveniency to a degree.

Okay thank you ! No this would be my second property. The one I have now is my primary residence.

I have the credit score but I don’t have the money for the down payment/ closing cost. I’m not sure where to go from here any advice ?
