Thank you for coming here to give write your experience. Sorry this happened to you. With lot more gurus coming online everyday and posting videos in Instagram, we fall for their prey. It is so hard to find what they offer and do they keep up their promise until you pay and be in their program.

How does Notion help for STR's

Is 20000 search in last 12 months in furnishfinder/stats is a good number? or how much searches declares it as a good demand market?

I have seen out of state investors using showplacewholesale or hevenle to design and furnish your STR and get photo ready. There are some interior designers who travel to your rental,stay in your rental and get it ready for a fee.

I have seen Tonal and Peleton's in few listings and their ADR is also little high to attract high end guests

I have been researching on Gainesville and Lake Lanier. Only Hall County allowed STR on the Lake, but they also said "there is a moratorium and cannot accept any STR applications till June 10th for any property in a subdivision", when I called the county office. So I have put my search on hold to see what happens after June 10th.
