Taxes with MTR in NH

Hey all,

I know under 185 day stays in NH results in a 8.5% sales tax (no different than a hotel). Outside of OTAs (AirBnB/VRBO) - what other service do you use to collect taxes for your tenants under 185 days?  AirBnB charges a ton to use their software (but still handles taxes thankfully) and it deters potential visitors to my place. I use FurnishedFinder and have a good relationship with ALE Solutions as well. Looking for other alternatives. Just trying to help our tenants.
