Anyone interested in renting their Detached ADU or Guesthouse in Orangevale CA?

Hello all,

I thought I'd try this out here. Does anyone want to rent their ADU or detached guest house to me for mid-term rentals? I'll work with you to clean it up and upgrade it, if necessary. I'll furnish it and in turn, rent it out to nurses or professionals as a mid-term renter. I use my own property to do mid-term rentals and would like to expand my business into rental arbitrage. I'm particularly interested in servicing and working in the Orangevale area where I live. I love this area and hope to contribute to the economy and the atmosphere of this often overlooked gem of a community. (I am not averse to looking at the surrounding areas- Folsom, Granite Bay, Roseville, Fair Oaks and Citrus Heights).
