Hey all,

What are your go to software of choice when managing your MTR? Looking for tips on collecting rent, managing the property with good communication between cleaners/handymen etc and booking my place.

I'll start!

1. Finding tenants; Furnished Finder, apartments.com, post on fb groups, AirBnb/VRBO and email ale solutions.

2. managing large portfolios - appfolio. smaller amounts - guesty/rent redi.

I only list mine on Furnished Finder and so far that has kept me full. For systems I use Keycheck for background check and Avail for leases and rent collection. Easy peasy. No need to over complicate it. I do the turnovers myself so I don't need an app to sync with a cleaning crew.
