Rookie researching MTR opportunities in Cincinnati area
Hello everyone. I'm a rookie investor looking for my first rental property. Right now I'm researching northern Kentucky (just across the river from Cincinnati). I'm seeing potential opportunities with condos but wonder about restrictions on MTRs. Furnished Finder has a bunch of condos for 30+ days rental so I'm assuming it's okay, but any advice on the best way to identify the ones that do?
Thanks in advance and have a profitable weekend!
