Does anyone know if there exists a website like airdna for medium term rentals? I want to see how my short term rentals would do as a medium term in my analysis but my rental is so far in a rural area there are no other medium term rentals on airbnb or furnished finder?? Its in the hocking hills area of Southern Ohio.

This might have to be something that you play with, putting it on Furnished Finder or Corporate Housing by Owner. You could also call "extended stay" style hotels in the area and ask what their monthly rate is.

When I looked up the hocking hills area, it seems like you are going to be much better off keeping it as an STR. MTR markets need to have some draw(hospital, corporate housing) or they need to be in a highly populated area so that you have insurance claimants looking for a place to stay.
