Medium-Term Renting for Travel Nurses

Hi BiggerPockets Community!

I'm learning more about medium-term rentals specifically for travel nurses, and I find it very interesting. Does anyone have experience/insight to the travel nursing demand in San Antonio? And perhaps which hospitals tend to require those positions?

Any insight is greatly appreciated!

Thank you, Spencer

Not all mid term rentals(mtr) are for traveling nurses. Some work better and some worse. Location to hospitals is important, but you would have to check with the hospitals themselves. Some want the long term nurses that they can train and keep, some want temporary type help.

Also, we have found that they want to be close to the hospital, but not THAT close.
