Hi - My name is Kenny. I am new to house hacking, and I'm on the journey to my first rental. I found a property today that I was eyeing up last year, but was taken off the market. It is now back on the market, and $35,000 more. I can cover the down payment - but will need help with closing costs. Also - it is difficult to find a cash-flow positive property right now. Is it worth jumping into a property that is not cash-flow positive?
