Free sites to help to estimate rent per bedroom

Justin Brown
Posted

Hey so when I have analyzed deals when it comes to estimating the rent I have been going to rentometer.com and putting in the address and then putting in 1B/1B and then I will take the average income and then divide that by 2 to get the rent per bedroom. So with that said, I just realized that on rentometer you only have so many free searches and then it makes you pay. So with that said do any of you guys know of any other sites that are totally free where you can estimate the rent for whatever house hack deal you are analyzing?

Go to Craigslist “rooms wanted” and “rooms for rent”. You’ll quickly come up with a pretty accurate magic in between number.
