Hi Biggerpockets community, I just moved in to Mesa AZ. And I was wondering if there is anyone currently house hacking around the Phoenix area not necessarily in Mesa. Would love to know what plans you have for the future. Possible refinance? Selling? For how long you planning on house hacking? Any ideas on what or where to look I would highly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

@Jorge Duarte

House hacking near my local college has changed my life. I've done two properties this way.

You look young, and if you're willing to rent by the room and live with college students (and assuming there's a demand for this in your area), it can be a very powerful strategy.

Some great comments on this thread though. Local meetups can be very beneficial.

Best of luck to you!!
