Hi everyone, my husband is moving to Memphis for a job and we want to purchase a multifamily as a house hack. We’d prefer a duplex but are open to a triplex. Need advice on decent neighborhoods etc. thanks so much!

I second getting an opinion from an experienced agent.

I've invested in Memphis and I've learned things can vary a lot from street to street.
