Hi everyone, my husband is moving to Memphis for a job and we want to purchase a multifamily as a house hack. We’d prefer a duplex but are open to a triplex. Need advice on decent neighborhoods etc. thanks so much!

Hi everyone. I found a property that is in need of a massive rehab (hoarder home). I was planning on using a hard money lender for acquisition and rehab costs. This would be my first flip (: Thank you in advance!

I was wondering the same! I love upstate New York and would love to have properties up there in the near future. I don't know the real estate market there but the air bnb market seems pretty solid. We go every year in every season and always stay at an air bnb.
