Real Estate Investing Away From Home

Andrew Burrell
Posted

Hi all,

I am relatively new to real estate investing and Bigger Pockets in general. I live in Boston, MA, but I am thinking of potentially investing away from where I live.

Does anyone have any advice or books/resources they might recommend that goes in depth for this particular type of investing?

Thanks!

Andrew

just pick an area within driving distance - 1-2 hours - and go.  find the REIAs and go to them.  look at properties.  talk to lenders. build your core 4.  drive the streets.  get coffee at the coffee shops.  etc.
