Go Ahead And Crash And Burn On Your First Deal - It Will Work Out

I just created a blog post on my first real estate deal which was a total disaster. In spite of all my mistakes, it worked out really well, and since then I've grown my real estate business to have more rental units, do ground up development, and flip a lot of houses. If you are on the fence about getting into real estate or experiencing analysis paralysis, I want you to read this and realize you don't have to be perfect. As long as you keep with it, real estate is very forgiving and will work out in the long run!

@Wesley Pittman great post. When I work with House hackers in Colorado Springs we definitely talk about how if it doesn't scare you a little bit and it's not hard it probably also won't be that financially or emotionally rewarding.
