Hey! I actually closed on a single family in Barton Heights in July! I was able to bring my prior roommate with me (friends from college) and am cash flowing $800 before repairs and maintenance on the old spot! 
Now im just trying to build back my money base to rinse and repeat along with building my network!

Hey Kevin, thanks for the response! I appreciate the insight. Was your first investment a single family home? I am in the process of trying to get a HELOC on my primary residence to get some cash for when I find the right opportunity.
