Young Traveling Contractor Ready To Take The Plunge
I have a decent amount of money saved up, but I have put off investing in a duplex or multi family home. I am afraid to take the plunge as I will not be in the state for 300+ days out of the year. I have a high interest in starting my portfolio with a duplex, but don’t know where to start as I can’t exactly scout the area or even property’s. Looking for any advice on being a landlord while being “remote”.
