Trying to get a lot of answers here from the BiggerPockets community to spark some engagement!

What kind of properties have you specifically invested in the most? Single Family, 2-4 unit, mixed use, commercial? Brokers, What kind of properties are you seeing your clients purchase more so than any other property type?

Where are they located? Is there a specific reason why you or your client chose this location?

How many do you have? Are you just starting out or are you a seasoned vet? Brokers, are you finding repeat clients purchasing properties to hold onto for rental possibilities?

I am curious what these answers could be, so if would like to participate, please help me out! Would love some insight from you all!
