Has anyone worked with Junes Homes?

Hello - have any landlords worked with June Homes? Especially landlords that are house hacking? They offered me what seems to be a great 2 year lease deal for one of the units in my 3 unit building. However, they would likely rent out my unit by the room for short term 1-18 month leases. I have concerns that those tenants my disturb the other unit. I’d love to hear about anyones experience working with them.
