Post: Has anyone worked with Junes Homes?

Hello - have any landlords worked with June Homes? Especially landlords that are house hacking? They offered me what seems to be a great 2 year lease deal for one of the units in my 3 unit building. However, they would likely rent out my unit by the room for short term 1-18 month leases. I have concerns that those tenants my disturb the other unit. I’d love to hear about anyones experience working with them.

I started BRRRing in 2020, and I am close to getting a 3rd BRRR rented. I pulled all the money out of the first two houses through refi. Things have been going well, and I have been exploring how to ramp up.

10 years from now, I'd love to have passive income from numerous rental properties. To ramp up BRRR or rental property purchases, though, I'd need more capital. I'm struggling with figuring out a good way to purchase long-term rentals through traditional financing or BRRR using outside money that allows me to pay that investor back in a few years vs. indefinitely holding their principal and being a long-term partner. Maybe a long-term partner is the only way.

Has anyone had success with something like this?

@Isaac Ruiz Feel free to reach out and connect! I'm currently working on a BRRRR in Indy, but I'm pursuing 3-4 unit buildings in the Chicago area to house hack since I live in Chicago.

Hi BP Fam!

I hope everyone is staying safe out there.

Some partners and I are starting to invest in Indianapolis. I live in Chicago, but I have a long time contractor friend that lives in Indianapolis. He is our boots on the ground to help with the neighborhoods and rehabs. We're focusing mainly on BRRRRs and long term rentals but wouldn't pass up a good flip if one came around.

We have learned a lot in the last eight months about Indy, so I'd love to connect with anyone familiar with Indy or even just starting. Feel free to reach out!

I am looking forward to connecting with more of the BP community.

Best,

Sean

@Account Closed Do you have any update on how this turned out or the structure you decided on? We are looking at a similar structure with a group of partners.
