According to the Triangle Business Journal, Raleigh is now #3 among best performing cities. Raleigh benefits from the Triangle's concentration of high-tech jobs which makes it a great investing area. Still, it remains one of the most affordable housing markets in tier 1 cities. If you are looking for a market to invest in, Raleigh is the way to go!
