Wholesale best performing lists from 2023

We did about 60 deals last year mixed between wholesale and flip.  Marketing source is primarily cold call through call center with PPC and mailers at a strong second/ third.  Of them one of the best performing lists was absentee w a 75+ mile radius of their second home.    The foreclosure lists obviously starting picking back up towards the end of the year too.  Loan flag listed provided some sense of motivated sellers but they did not have anywhere to move to which proved as a difficult sale.  What has everyone else seen successful?
