How to Find Market Data

Good Afternoon Fellow Investors,

I'm looking to research other markets and understand that you can get specific information from local real estate agents. However, are there other ways of getting information such as wage growth, population growth, and so on? I'm also asking because I don't want to just take what I'm told at face value. Thank you.
