Any RE investors on here familiar with the winter Haven fl market? 
Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

@Vladimir Amazan What is it you are looking for, your question is pretty vague. Winter Haven is pretty small as are all the towns around it. Yes, it is growing, but at a slow pace. It is not easily accessible to Tampa or Orlando as you have to go thru a bunch of small towns to get to the main highway (I-4) and go thru Disney traffic etc. 

Most of the homes and multi family are old and small too. There is opportunity there, just don't set your expectations too high. It will take longer to appreciate there as opposed to Tampa and Orlando, and current prices reflect that. Only a couple multi family available and not really worth it. Look at incomes and demographics, that will tell a big part of the story.
