In a recent video Kevin O'leary (aka Mr. Wonderful) discusses why our great state of North Dakota is one the best places for anyone to conduct business in. (link below)

Currently, ND is ranked 3rd in per capita GDP, and is predicted to be 1st within the next few years. The economy is strong, led by our Ag industry, we also have an emerging tech and energy sector that is become incredibly powerful.

We are seeing more and more investors come to the area because of the economy and productivity of the population, and also the business-friendly environment that we enjoy.

If you are looking for "less-competitive" markets that have the fundamentals that all of us investors are looking for, ND is a great place to consider.
