With interest rates dropping, are you changing your investing strategy?

Good Morning BP!

I'm sure you have all heard the good news. Interest rates have dropped to the lowest level since September of 2022! After looking at the data provided, the refinance demand jumped the highest. The total applications increased to 31.2% from 30.7% in the previous week. However, according to the data provided the market is not seeing any surge in inventory. Homes are sitting longer, do you think this will change going into spring buying season?

Are you changing to strategy to follow the trends we're seeing now? What trends are you seeing and how are you analyzing?

Interest rates may be down where you are from last year, but they are still higher than they have been for the last ~10 years when they were ridiculously low.  I'm in Canada where rates haven't gone down (guessing they will a little bit in the spring).  I did change my strategy when they went up and moved some money around, but I don't plan on buying any more rentals.
